        Overall
        I am very pleased with the corporate level

        After having an issue with the kramer tire local level, I phoned the corporate level manager and he provided the best customer service. He is an awesome man, and although I had given up on kramer tire, this man was very nice to me and was able to handle my matter within minutes of me calling him.
