Our group workout focusing on nutritional habit forming, whole body strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, muscle toning and weight loss management. Sessions run Mon, Tues and Thur evening.

A twelve-month, precepted program specially designed to provide nurses new to the specialty of critical care with the foundational knowledge and skills required to competently care for patients in a variety of critical care settings including: Intensive Care Unit, Progressive Care Unit, Emergency Department, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, and Cardiac Catheterization Lab.

Seacoast Mental Health Center provides comprehensive mental health services to children, adolescents, adults and their families. Depending on the clinical diagnosis, severity of impairment and age of the client, available services range from 24 hour emergency services to individual and group therapy, couple-s and family therapy, substance use disorder treatment, psychiatric services, psychological and neurological assessment and testing, to home and community-based services, residential care, case management and employment support services.
Behavioral Health

Ultrasound
A painless exam using high frequency sound waves to make a picture of the internal structures of the breast. This test does not use radiation. Ultrasounds are typically used to better define abnormalities found on a mammogram and to distinguish features such as fluid or solid. Ultrasound is a helpful tool in diagnosing breast lumps. MRI
The Center for Breast Health offers 3D mammography at Exeter Hospital, and the Plaistow Regional Health Center. We have expertise in breast MRI and ultrasound for women who need a more detailed exam. We also assess and provide support for women at greater risk through our unique High Risk Breast Health Program and genetic testing. And should you need breast cancer services, our Center for Cancer Care has highly dedicated staff members and provides care in partnership with leading Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center specialists.
Radiology
Physician services provided at Exeter Hospital are performed by contract with Advanced Diagnostic Imaging PLLC. Exeter Hospital provides state-of-the-art technology to meet the imaging needs of the greater Seacoast area.

Radiation Oncology
The Center for Cancer Care's Radiation Oncology has earned accreditation from the American College of Radiology as a Radiation Oncology Accredited Facility. This program provides third-party, impartial peer review and evaluation of patient care, with evaluation of staff, equipment, treatment planning and records, patient safety and quality control activities.

General Surgery
At Exeter Hospital we use The Periop 101 Program to prepare nurses to work in the surgical environment. The program is used to create surgical nurses that are safe, professional, and work within the guidelines set forth by governing bodies and hospital policies. The program builds on the fundamentals of nursing to create Perioperative Nurses capable of sound clinical decisions related to the care of surgical patients. Surgical Services offers Periop 101 periodically in the Spring depending on need.

Joint Replacement
Post-Rehabilitation Training Are you recovering from injury and need help getting stronger? Our post-rehabilitation program is designed specifically for you. The Athletic Performance Center is an extension of the out-patient rehabilitation department of Exeter Hospital. Our staff has numerous years of experience working directly with physicians, pain management specialists, therapists, athletic trainer and more. Through extensive communication with these specialist and our unique individualized approach, we are able to develop programs to keep you progressing. We have experience with a wide variety of orthopedic injuries such as ACL repair, joint sprains, fractures, joint replacement surgery, rotator cuff injury, low back pain, post-pregnancy, osteoporosis, auto-immune disorders, chronic pain syndromes, balance difficulty, general deconditioning, postural correction and so much more. Hip Replacement
"I had a full hip replacement this past April. I soon scheduled my PT at Exeter Hospital located in Hampton. During my 8-week PT I noticed a program for post PT in the adjacent facility. I decided to sign up and I met Matt. The program Matt developed for me was well planned. It is amazing how Matt's program has advanced me from basic stretching and mobility exercise to a very challenging and satisfying work out. Not only does Matt do a great job training, he has a genuine caring for me and his encouragement during some pretty intense sets makes him very special. My main goal was to get my flexibility, strength and balance back. I wanted to get back to surfing. After about 3 months with Matt I am back surfing. I look forward to continuing here for a long time. I would highly recommend Matt and Athletic Performance Center to anyone with a desire to feel better about their overall wellbeing."
