I called this company to pick me up for a p.t. therapy appointment..

I was just left standing because the driver was afraid of a pot hole on the road. The only alternative that the dispatcher could offer was to cancel the call, as "he could not tell the driver to drve down the road"

I will have to say this car service is one of the most reliable services I could have ever used before. And I have been in a great deal of cabs my whole life. To and from the city. Reliable, dependable, courteous. Up and beyond in service

Had used in past but stopped for a while,my understanding there is a new management in there,and he has really turned the service and cleanliness around!! Really bad service. If you expect them to show up, then call another service. Very unreliable.

This taxi service is the worst! The cabs are dirty and the drivers are rude. I have no idea how they stay in business and I would never rely upon them for anything. Additionally the cab service is over priced and the rate is different every time you take them.
