Immunizations
We are pleased to be able to report that as of Saturday, Jan. 9, our staff and residents who wanted to receive the COVID-19 vaccination have received the first shot. All residents and staff who wanted to receive the vaccination completed a consent form.

Wound Care
Wound care prevention and treatment are two essential elements in any comprehensive plan of care and our staff receives specialized training in the detection, prevention and treatment of wounds. One type of wound found in healthcare settings are pressure ulcers (bedsores), which can form when there is prolonged pressure on the skin. Other common wounds include punctures, skin tears and contusions (bruises). Wounds can be exacerbated by an underlying disease or condition, such as diabetes, poor circulation, infections, and autoimmune disorders.
Joint Replacement
Our staff is available to guide you through the process whenever any question arises. Whether you need to recover after surgery in our Skilled Nursing facility, are looking for rehabilitation after a joint replacement or medical event, or are looking for a place you can call home while receiving medical care, our team will strive to provide the care and attention you need. We will outline what to expect, insurance information, and how communications with your physician(s) will work.
Orthopedic Surgery
For those who have had orthopedic surgery or a medical event such as a heart attack or stroke, rehabilitative therapies can help improve your ability to function, ease pain, and create the foundation for better health. Our goal is to get you to a place where you are able to return home as quickly and as confidently as possible.
Knee Replacement

Physical Therapy
Physical therapy uses body manipulation and physical movements to help ease pain and increase mobility, strength, endurance, balance and range of motion. We develop individual therapy plans that respect each patient’s unique challenges.
Occupational Therapy
The focus of occupational therapy is to help patients with the activities of daily living, such as dressing, bathing, grooming, cooking, and eating. The goal is to help patients regain independence, so they can return home.
