Sadoni Beauty Supply

This place disgusts me. I frequently color my hair and Sadoni has always been very convenient for me because we live not too far, in Whiting. Every time I've been here, the employees have been nothing but helpful and kind, even today a kind young woman helped me when I had a few questions. At the end of my transaction, I was purposefully overcharged for an extra box of dye that I did not purchase by the manager, named Dan, with an intention to bring me back into the store. I did notice the overcharge immediately and walked back in to receive my refund. As soon as I walked up to the counter, a worker named Nona shoved her phone in my face with a picture of a pink haired woman on the screen, insisting that I was that woman in the picture. The woman in the picture was a previous shoplifter with pink hair, we had no similar facial features besides maybe wider cheeks. She went on and on accusing me, in front of customers, that I was this shoplifter. She kept asking me "are you sure this isnt you?" and telling the manager, Dan, "that is her, I know it's her" and "it has to be her, it looks just like her" for about 15 minutes. It was embarrassing that I had to go back and forth with her because she would not let the manager refund the overcharge, expecting me to say that it was me, though it wasn't. She finally let him refund me and I left the store, it was an upsetting experience and I will not be supporting this business any longer because this was an obvious case of discrimination and it made me very uncomfortable.
