        installed undersized duct work in the whole house,not enough runs,over sized furnace.Refuses to fix the problem or return calls.My options are to rip out all his duct work and install correct size and correct number of runs or buy a whole new undersized unit that won't heat the house.
        If they come to work on your house,LOCK THE DOOR! $10,000 wasted because he doesn't know how to size a furnace/duct work to a home
