They not only did a complete check on our existing equipment, but they educated us on the products that were available. After choosing a product, they scheduled a start date and time that worked with our schedule. They showed up on time, even after a family emergency, and started pulling out old equipment and debris. Installation began but ran longer than expected, but removal and clean up was still done and everything looked better than before. They showed up on time the next day and completed installation and did another clean up of area. They came back the next day and explained everything again and aided in the registration of the product.

Andy and his crew were awesome on time they did a excellent job on installing my new ac unit. I highly recommend them they were the best thank you I diffenly appreciate it.

This is a business that must be called upon to be believed. I have never seen such a wonderful combination of skill, speed, know-how, kindness, and 5-star customer service. From Margaret on the phone making magic for clients to Andy and the Wimpy's team. these people are simply the very best at what they do. And they seem to care more about the well-being of their clients than they do about money or time spent installing and being available for future questions and problems. Today brought me a reminder of these qualities when I called about a problem with my HVAC system, installed by them several years ago. While they were on the road coming to help, Andy mentioned the possibility that someone threw a breaker. I checked on it, and found he was right! The system was purring again in a few minutes. When I spoke with him on the road to tell him I no longer needed help, he refused to take any money to defray the gasoline and time I had cost the team: "We just want you warm," he said. What a team! what an amazing team!

I have had great experiences with this company. I love the fact they have a crew;each one is assigned a task which makes them so efficient. Since they installed my unit my power bill has been so much lower, my friends can't believe it until I show them the bill.

My experience has always been GREAT! This company is very professional. Professional and the friendliest people you'll ever meet. I call and talk to Margaret and she makes things happen. They return your calls in a timely manner and they arrive when scheduled. They have installed two heating systems in two of my brother's homes and have serviced my system and it's still going strong. They are the first company we call for this type service. Everything is running great; no problems. Will be calling them again soon.
