Butler County Children Services works to protect children by strengthening and preserving families. The organization is the county agency that is responsible for investigating allegations of abused and neglected children. Its intake division investigates and takes action to protect children and help families. The organization s works to protect investigates allegations of sexual abuse and reports of abuse outside the home. Butler County Children Services also offers parenting classes and treatment. Its foster care and adoption division supports and maintains existing foster and adoptive homes. The organization is supported by local, state and federal funds.
