Undetstandable that theyre old cute italian folk...but its time for him to retire. Brought watch to change battery. $15.00....ok.then 3 days later watches night light and digital display goes out.brought it back charged me $20 for two more batteries,while replacing cover i watched, he forgot to replace rubber washer. I mentioned it.then dropped a battery protector cover on floor,i mentioned it,picked it up placed on wrong battery!...i dint have the heart to tell him.walked out $20 poorer with half assed repair job. If i had tool to open watch cover i could of did a better job myself.

Had new battery put into watch while I waited. asked if the fixing had included continuing the waterproofing that I needed. Was told, I put everything back as it was. Thought it was good to find this place and was thinking I would bring a clock to be fixed/ Within two weeks the watch does not work. I don't want to go back but don't know if the battery was old or the waterproofing not really put back.
