Smart Pain Management

I've been going here for five months now. The very first visit I felt hopeful the doctor wanted to try medications I have not tried in the past. She told me I needed a long acting pain med and a breakthrough med. when my insurance changed and I couldn't get the patch she prescribed, which I told her didn't work anyway she told me I'd be ok with just one 5mg hydrocodone every 8 hours. I was not. It did not touch my pain. She has put me on a medicine I have had before with no results and told her this. In five months I have not had even a change in the level of pain I experience daily. The doctor does not listen and has her own agenda. She even told me if what she put me on does not work she will not see me before my monthly appointment. Do not recommend this place at all. I'm searching for a new pain management doctor. One that listens.

I am pretty satisfied with Smart Pain Management. I have been going there for about 18 months. They have helped me!

This is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST place to go in Baltimore! They will NEVER give you the correct medication you need in sufficient quantity to control your pain! I wouldn't recommend anybody go there for anything more serious than a sprained ankle.
