Ritzman Appliance Co

Ritzman doesn't stand behind their product once they have your money. I will never buy anything from them again because of their lack of customer service. I bought a top loader Bravo Maytag washer. It puts lint on everything and this after loading it properly, not using too much detergent, and no fabric softener. It is a high maintenance machine that doesn't work and it is brand new. We had Ritzman's appliance guy look at it and there is nothing wrong with it, this is just the way it is. I talked to Ritzman 2-3 times and they don't care and the owner told me they can't take a loss.

They seem to have difficulty treating customers well. They are arrogant, whiners and rude - typical of Hales Corners elite which, needs to disappear. You want my money you better well treat me respectfully or choke on it.
