Tros Plumbing

Vinnie from Tros came to my house the day after I called, unclogged my stuffed bathroom sink, repaired my kitchen sink hose, and showed me how to unclog my tub, if the occasion requires. I am very satisfied with his work.

This "contractor" came into my parent's home and destroyed basically everything he touched and then refused to communicate once called out on his terrible work. The entire house was being gut renovated and the project needed an emergency team to come in and repair and finish construction. The home was left in abominable shape with exposed wires and plumbing. It was horrible and so disrespectful of my parents, nevermind the insane costs incurred to undo that damages he and his team left behind. A disrgace.

Called to have toilet installed. Never returned my call. ( Had used him before). Found another plumber who did a great job and was half the price. Will never call again.

Dishonest and unreliable
He came to my house when I wasn’t there to shutdown the water for winter but he left the heat on. This is during the coldest stretch of weather we have had in years. Mind you the House was “shut down”
After insisting he turned everything off and denying any wrongdoing
My heating costs that month were $295, up from $40 in November
He never even apologized and he left mud over a large portion of my kitchen floor
Never calling him again.
