Dr Wilderman completed his general surgery residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where he served as the Administrative Chief Resident during his final year. He then completed the prestigious Vascular and Endovascular Surgery Fellowship of Washington University, in St. Louis, MO where he focused on the open and endovascular treatments of complex aortic pathologies, in both the chest and the abdomen. He is one of the leaders in the field on Fenestrated Aortic Stenting, and now serves as a regional and national proctor for this procedure. Dr. Wilderman’s other areas of expertise include the open and endovascular treatment of Carotid Artery Disease, minimally invasive treatments of lower extremity arterial disease, and Thoracic Outlet Syndrome.
