The previous person is lieing. I am very close with the staff and the church. I used to see this lady with all 3 very small kids she had back to back and could not even get them all out of the car. My daughter loves it here. Do not blame everyone else for your short comingS and especially when you are on daycare vouchers and cannot pay. I would drop my child off and she would ask if her son could go down with others because she had too many very small kids. Bottom line I know the lady who wrote the bad review and she owes a lot of money. Mrs Elliott give people too many chances. She has always gone above and beyond and has often used her own money to help with the children and pay staff. It is always some broke you know what mother that is knocked up and cannot and does not have the patience to stay home with her breed. As soon as people owe money places become bad. GIRL BYE as they say.

When I first enrolled my 2 yr old Son here back in September, the director Ms. Elliott assured me that the day care had cameras and video access to be able to watch my child through my phone. This was the main thing that caught my attention besides the fact that she made it seem like they were a very clean school with a highly warm, caring professional staff. She also promised me that she would be giving my son an assessment test to see where he was in for his age. By the way that never happened after 5 months attending this school. The first month I would say atleast once a week I would ask her when would I be able to use my phone to see my Son during the Day.... Each week that went by she CLAIMED that the IT person was on vacation. Then a couple months went by for her to tell me "oh no, the church has cameras not the daycare part." I felt she not only tricked me to enrolling my Son but false advertising the school and what they had to offer. That was one of the issues I had. I also would go drop my Son off and pick him up and notice Ms. Helen, Ms. Tiana and Ms. Elliott would never really speak to me and always looked like they had attitudes and didn't want to be there. They were ALWAYS stand offish and NEVER pleasant. I walked in one morning dropping off my Son to see Ms. Helen and Ms. Elliott in one of the little girls face named London screaming at her while she was in time out bullying her and once they saw me walk in they both tried to play it off. That was very disturbing to me wondering if they treated my Son like that.... That rose a red flag for me. We continued to go up until this week of February. I noticed that the "Director" Ms. Elliott was being extremely rude to me when I would go drop off and pick up my Son. I though ok she may be having a bad day but you can't have a bad day everyday now. Today I picked up my Son and asked her a very simple question.... Do you remember if my Son ate all of his food for lunch" she immediately began to attack me while my Son was standing right next to me. She YELLED "what do you mean if I remember he just ate 10 minutes ago" She stood up got in my face like she was going to hit me. I then asked her if she was ok because normally no one would go off like that over a simple question. She then yelled and said "No in not ok, my foot hurts". I told her that I understand but there was no reason for her to be rude she then cut me off when I was attempting to explain my concern to say "No you dont understand because if you did.I immediately cut her off to say lets talk about this later ill call you on the phone because I dont want my Son to see you yelling at me. I grabbed my son for her to chase me down saying "No you WONT call me!!! Then continued on a dramatic RANT! I left got in the car and coukdnt believe what just had happened. This behavior is not only dissapointing but hurtful to see a CHRISTIAN organization treating people. And especially little kids as such. I understand people have bad days, I get that however if you choose to work with kids when having defective personality issues I have an issue and will bring it to their attention. I asked my Son in the car if the teachers were nice or mean to him and he kept saying "no mommy there not nice they are mean and yell loud" my child has no reason to lie. The only person that was sweet and caring was his teacher Ms. Felicia. She would always be so nice and caring and kept me up on his progress. This review is simply to warn parents and make them aware of that's happening in this "Christian" day care. If your child goes here I highly recommend you popping up unannounced and seeing for yourself. I also felt like they would not give them nutritional meals so I would donate food and snacks here and there. My Son would always come home hungry asking to eat.
