        They were 5 minutes late. I asked about the on time guarantee. The electrician called the office. They told him to do all repairs for free. They did 488 dollars of repairs free of charge. I could not believe they honored the on time guarantee. They have my business from here on out. The technician was Sam.

        The technician that came out was on time and solved our electrical problem in a timely manner . He gave me a price to fix our problem before he started the work. He also told us of several other small problems we should look into having maintained before they become very costly replacements .
