We have always been happy with our services! We are happy to support local business. The crew that pickups our trash weekly as always been curious and on time.

My husband and I are happy Doug's Trash Removal customers and we have always had great service over the past 20 plus years. The guys who stop every week are very nice and pleasant.

Dougs has been a great hauler. I have always had consistent service every month. If I have ever had questions they were answered promptly. I got a dumpster to do our roof last spring and the dumpster was great and the price was good also.

I was surprised to find this company with only 1 star. I do think many people don't take the time to leave good reviews as much as they take the time to leave bad reviews. We have been customers of Dougs for many years and we have always been happy with the service. The people on Dougs trucks are great and the ladies in the office have been very helpful. Thanks for the great service.

I had Casella/Superior trash removal for 2 years and they were great. No matter how much it weighted, they would take it so long as it was tagged. Then my area switched to Doug's, and I've had to remove my own trash three times now, and it's only been 3-4 months. I have a small can that holds about 2 and a half bags worth, and a large can that holds 3 and a half. The small one they emptied all but one time so far, but the large can they haven't touched. I've put 2 tags on it and they still won't take it. They slap a exceeds 25lbs stick on it, but each tag is 25lbs, so 2 times 25 equals 50lbs. They are to stupid to understand this, and i can tell you without any doubt that the can does not weight over 50lbs. I just lost a finger this year, so I can't lift as much as I use to, and I can lift that can with my finger tips. This last time they slapped the exceeds 25lbs stick on it without even lifting it. So i'm done with them I'll bring my trash to Tompkins waste disposal myself. Screw Doug's all they do is nickel and dime everyone, so you get the least for your money.

You would think that trash removal would be a simple task, but this company is totally unreliable. They forget to pick up your trash and then refuse pick it up. Their office staff is rude (they hung up on me), and I would certainly never recommend this company.
