Do NOT go to Weiss Furniture & Sleep!. If i could id give them no stars.
My grandmother wanted to take me and my fiance to pick out a new mattress. The owner/salesman was beyond pushy and rude. He was a bully. He had me lay on a bed i told him it wasnt comfortable. He then told me i couldn't possibly tell n needed to take my coat off. So i take my coat off and try again. Still i dont like it. He argues with me that im wrong and everybody likes it. Then he tries to bully my grandma into going higher on her price. At this point im done. I tell my fiance and my grandma its time to go we are leaving. I refuse to be and let my family be bullied, pressured, treated rudely and listen to him bash other companies.

Attention: Stay Away

Friendly until they have your money then they are very unprofessional and nasty

They need to find another line of work.

They do not stand behind the product once they have your money. One of the workers was actually mean and nasty when I complained about a defective product. This is one case where you should do business with a larger volume store who will readily exchange defective merchandise. Also, this is the only mattress store with no prices or brands clearly posted on or near the products. The protective coverings on bottoms of mattresses all are the same name brands causing further confusion. Advertisements are misleading. Ad prices are not honored. If you buy here you had better hope you do not have a problem because the owner will give you a hard time and deny anything is wrong.
