        These guys are the most honest and experienced people around. I highly recommend them, very trustworthy. Matt is the service center manager who is very knowledgeable and helpful.

        My vehicle has just over 1500 miles on it, my hope is to keep it as long as I can. However after having an oil change done here, I noticed a leak coming from the oil pan. I immediately returned to Groton Valvoline, waited 25 min to be seen. I was told that the technician placed the wrong washer on the drain plug!!!

        I also noticed that the windshield washer fluid was never filled!! During this whole time mind you, the general manager, who arrived shortly after I did. Not once approached me!! Again my hope is to keep my vehicle running as long as I can. By NEVER again! Be WARNED
