For masochists only

The owner of this franchise, Mary, is the rudest service person I have EVER encountered. Words cannot describe how offensive she is and how badly she treats her patrons. It is not just me...our whole office had been treated just ABOMINABLY by this person, EVERY time they go there. Because she is the franchise owner, complaints to Corporate HQ are futile. You can see the pained expressions on her employees' faces..they apologize to patrons behind her back! Seriously, this place is HORRIBLE!
