Michigan Urgent Care - Grosse Pointe

Not sure why the negative reviews... They are an urgent care facility, they want you in and out as quickly as they can, so come prepared with questions and follow up questions, and everything will go great. Drs are knowledgeable and have great bedside manner.. The office Staff are like any other office staff, busy, don't want to be your friend... Which is fine, I don't go to urgent care to make friends. Plus, no one can beat the hours of operation here. Give em a chance.

The wait was long . The lobby was full of Patients . We have to wait either in the Pediatric office or in the ER or in any other urgent care.

The medical assistant who took us inside was friendly and nice. The Physician we saw was a very nice Indian female who did a thorough examination. She did not prescribe antibiotics because I asked her. She took time and explained everything in detail . I would definitely go back .

Guess we all need patience!!

After reading all the reviews , we were very skeptical . I took my 3 kids since other Urgent Care Centers were very busy .

Although the registration took for ever , we got to see a very good Physician . She was very professional with excellent bedside manners . She was an Indian Physician and answered all our questions patiently .My children received good care. Infact , I would not mind going to this place again.

After coming back to the urgent care office just 2 days after a previous visit I was forced to wait 2 hours in the waiting room while multiple other patients who had arrived after we're seen first. The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful and even while I was throwing up in their bathroom she seemed no more concerned with me being seen by a doctor. Without a doubt on of the most mismanaged and inefficient offices I have ever seen. They're lucky that Yellow Pages doesn't allow for a zero stars rating

Everyone working at the grosse point urgent care is just nasty and ghetto. every last person working there will try and find out your info and what your there for when its none of there buisness then they go and talk about it with the other ratchett black chicks they have hired. by asking questions they shouldnt be asking they make you very uncomfortable. They are not trained at all to do procedures the chick had to stick me twice just to take a blood sample. Then final and worst part they will not prescribe you the same drug again unless you come in and pay them for coming in. Then they will simply say ok we will do the prescription. Im not racist and im black so for anyone thinking about going here if you like ghetto black chicks in your buisness and being ratchett and rude to you and possibly messing over your body this would be the place for you

I arrived at urgent care 2 hours before closing hours and ended up leaving 15 minutes before it closed. The service was ridiculous. The rude and very lazy receptionist had a very nasty attitude to me when I wanted to ask questions. She would cut me off and say what she wanted to say to get rid of me- very unprofessional attitude. I ended up waiting a very long time for a simple 5 minute urine sample. The person that came 15 min after me ended up going before me for the same test even though I was first in line. Urgent care should really get some more qualified workers because their service is horrible. I would give them 0/5 stars if that was possible.

They only care about getting the office visit fee, and do not deliver any service!!! The manager Jacquelyne Messina-Bugenski should NOT be a manager of any place of business. All she cares about are her fees. I would tell my friends to save their Money, their effort and Time. ESPECIALLY if they are ill......
