HWY 55 Burgers Shakes and Fries

I would give them negitive stars if I could. We ordered carry out and they said it would be read in 15 mins. When we went to pick it up we had to wait 30 mins for our food. ( because half the staff was out in the back smoking). When we finally got our order we checked it and it was wrong so we took it back, when they gave us our new food all the fries were burnt and the burger was wrong again, so we proceeded to take it back. They finally gave us the right order only for us to get home and find a fly in my cheese fries. We called and went back where they gave us a 15.00 gift card and a new order. Then about a month later I went back and tried to us the gift card only to find there machine was down( we went 4 times that month and machine was down each time.) then one day when I was eating in I tried to use it only for them to tell me nothing was on it. I asked for the manager who assured me my bill was taken care of only when I went to the front to tell them the manger left and didn't tell her employees so I had to pay for my food. Then every time I have been since then the maher avoids me like the plague. Please do not eat here they are terrible. We have seen a cook flip out at waitress while waiting in the drive through line. My only hope is that the franchise owner will see this and decide to reform the hwy 55.

andy's is fast becoming the worst place to eat in grifton .the food is ok but they get the order wrong most of the time and if you order take out it is amazing that you can watch them place the order in the bag and get home and it is wrong if it was not close by i would never go there again
