**Complaint-Warranty Not Honored/No return calls. We purchased a tree from Mr. Glenn on Fathers Day last year and our tree is also dead. We were also promised a 1-year warranty. I have gone to the BBB. Yes, while he was on the phone with me and my wife he also verbally committed twice. We cannot get a hold of him!
