Most awful experience at a doctors office PERIOD. TRUST ME DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!! The whole staff has been EXTREMELY RUDE to me, no personal experience at all - I went in to see the doctor - who rushed the appointment, everything I tried to explain it was like he knew the exact answer to and left after 5 minutes.

I went to see Dr. Eads for an acne problem. I already had expectations as to what medication I would be receiving so there was little discussion necessary. I was in and out within 5 minutes. The only thing you could count this doctor down on what the lack of time (not even half a minute) he spent establishing rapport. But the employees were nice and I liked the speedy service, so five stars.

When it comes to my time I need things to be as quick and efficient as possible. This is why I choose Dr. Eads. Tell me what it is, how it was caused, & what to do to get it to go away. Some people like their hands held while being counseled emotionally and sitting in the waiting room/exam room for lengthy time frames, so if that describes you, then you should look elsewhere. I would give 5 stars, but the girl who answers the phones is kind of rude.

I think Dr. Eads is a wonderful Doctor. He has taken care of my son since he was two years old and i believe he saved his life. No one could tell me what was wrong

with my son and he was the one who figured out he had Kawasaki Disease. He was treated and has been fine. I take him back every year for a check up and he has always been wonderful!!

I totally agree with mollyolaf, this Dr, if that's what you want to call him, is a total joke!! He's all about speed, get em in get em out. I was a 1st time patient and was in and out and back to my car in 10 minutes.He basically asked me how I expected him to know why I had hives. I have them for 2 weeks from my head to my feet, and all he could say was that I was allergic to something. He said it was probably something I had eaten and I told him that I hadn't had anything of the items he said would cause an allergic reaction, he rolled his eyes and said whatever. What a jackass! All he is trying to do is get as many patients as he can just for the money. You can call at anytime and they will fit you in cause he is never with a patient longer than 5 minutes (if that). Don't go there he will just take your money!
