Kwik Kleen Car Wash

Paid $12 for an automatic car wash. The machine shot out soap on the front of my car then stopped working. I could not pull forward as the dispenser was blocking my path. After backing out, the display was flashing that the system had gone down and the car wash was now out of order. These things happen, so I looked for contact information to ask for a refund. No contact info posted absolutely anywhere. Every car wash I've ever been to has a posting on where to call if the equipment malfunctions. Not this one.
