Like all surgical procedures, breast augmentation comes with potential risks. These risks include excessive bleeding, adverse reaction to anesthesia, infection, or oversensitive, undersensitive, or numb nipples. The most common issue from breast reconstruction surgery is capsular contracture, which happens when the scar around the implant begins to tighten, causing the breast to feel hard. There is a chance that the implant will break, which will require a second operation to replace the leaking implant. There is no evidence connecting breast implants with cancer, arthritis-like conditions, or immune system diseases. Breast implants may affect the way a mammography is performed but train radiologists can perform a special displacement technique to perform an accurate mammogram.
Chemotherapy

Liposuction
At the start, the treatment area is cleaned with an antiseptic, and then incisions are made behind the ears and/or under the chin. Excess skin is eliminated with a scalpel through excision. Loose platysmal muscles are tightened with the help of internal sutures. If you have excess fat, it is removed using liposuction with Smartlipo or regular liposuction during the same procedure. Finally, the incisions are closed with sutures which will be removed between one week and two weeks after your procedure.
Breast Augmentation

Breast Lift
Breast lift surgery typically takes about an hour and a half to three hours to perform and usually requires general anesthesia. The type of breast lift surgery depends on the amount of skin that needs to be removed to create the desired lift. Minimal lifts consist of an incision that is confined to a circle around the areola. Moderate lifts require both vertical and areola-area incisions. If the breast lift is substantial, an anchor-shaped incision that follows the breastâ€™s natural shape will be made. After the incisions excess tissue is removed, the nipple and areola is repositioned, and the breast is lifted and shaped.
