Freedom Buick GMC By Ed Morse

This dealer just scammed my husband. He is 84 years old and took his 2009 buick in to the service department because the door fobs were not working and the tire sensors were showing all the time. The service rep told him that he couldn't give him an estimate until he got in and looked at it. When he came back he presented him with a bill for $500 dollars. My husband was not given an estimate before the work was done. This is a blatant scam perpetrated on an elderly man and we want to file a complaint.
