        O.K. I WALK IN STORE ASK TO SEE IPHONE 5C ON 9/23/13 LIKED IT. I DESIDE TO BUY IT AT FULL RETAIL PRICE AND THE STORE MANGER ON DUTY THAT NIGHT A 7:30 PM TELL ME I CANT BUY IT WITHOUT A UPGRADE OR A TWO YEAR CONTRACT........ WELL I JUST SIGNED A TWO YEAR CONTRACT TWO MONTHS AGO...... STILL CANT BUY ONE.....WTF SO I CALLED A STORE ON WOODRUFF ROAD SAID IT WOULDN'T BE A PROBLEM... THIS MANGER IS A JOKE.......
