Back In Time Cafe

Eggs were cold. Food took forever. I am not going back in there. I give them negative stars.

We Went here once, and Won't be Back.

The Place overall, Seemed Dingy and Dirty...it Just felt Unkempt.



We ordered Breakfast and I don't think any of us finished. The eggs Were Supposed to be scrambled and they were So runny in some Spots and over cooked in others.



The Customer Service Was ok.



Won't go back. Not worth the Time and Money.

I would have given no stars if it were an option, but the system wont let me. My fiance and I eat out quite often; he is from Sweden and I take pride in introducing him to American dining. This was an embarrassment beyond compare. We went out in search of hometown cooking in Greenville this morning and man were we disappointed. We went to the Back in Time Café on Sweitzer. If someone’s fifteen year old daughter ran away from home and started a restaurant then this would be the outcome. I attempted to order a tossed salad ($2.99) and I asked what was in it. The waitress told me lettuce and tomatoes... so I asked what it was tossed with and she told me lettuce O.o ? OK, pass on the salad. I ordered a bacon cheddar burger which is generally hard to mess up unless you are using a preformed frozen patty and squeeze cheese.The coffee was like burnt dirty water but they were nice enough to give us a glass of ice cold tap water to wash the nasty taste from our mouths. We waited a full twelve minutes for the check and ultimately had to go ask for it at the register where the woman who took our order didn’t even ask the most simplistic of questions “how was everything?” well… now you know. Save your money, eat somewhere else.
