Dr. R Anthony Murray, DDS

I had to have iv sedation for the first time due to an impacted wisdom tooth. When I went to my consult Dr. Murray explained to me everything that was going to take place. He was very detailed about what he was going to do and what to expect. The staff was extremely sweet and helped me through my anxiety about being sedated. They were so friendly and helpful! Everything went awesome! I haven't needed any pain meds and have only slight swelling. Thank you so much to a great surgeon and the most caring staff.

Your rating: Hated itWent for a tooth extraction but have "dentalphobia." He was rude and arrogant and uncaring. He dismissed my comment that I was nervous and offered no meds (that I had with me), no gas, and no words of encouragement. He treats his staff about the same as he treated me. Not a patient friendly office. No headphones, no topical lidocaine before the novocaine shot, no TV, no distraction at all. And for as much $$ as I paid, there is no excuse. If you desire barbaric and archaic treatment, and someone with NO bedside manner, then this office is for you. As a healthcare provider myself, I would be fired if I treated a patient this way
