My family lost a dear friend in Greensboro. "Send Your Love Florist and Gifts" was readily availalbe on the other end of the phone line to receive my order. Just as expected, the requested basket of lovely seasonal flowers, were in the home when I arrived in Greensboro that evening. It is nice to know that you can trust the one on the other end of the phone line to come through as expected.

Recently I placed an order with this florist to be sent to a dear friend in the hospital in Greensboro. When the flowers were delivered it turned out she had just been discharged a short time before. The delivery person phoned to tell me this and ask if I had a home address for the person. Fortunately, my friend was staying with family in Jamestown, NC so the driver took the flower arrangement to the address in that town. He then called me to say the delivery was completed. I consider this the type of customer service that should be a model for all businesses. Thanks to this florist for assisting me in such a professional way! My friend called me to say that the flowers had brightened her day.

Yesterday, I ordered flowers for my Mom's birthday from this florist. I had several questions for the salesperson and they answered with complete professionalism and care. My Mom just called me to say the flowers were designed in an absolutely beautiful and unique way. I believe I hit paydirt when I ordered from Send Your Love Florist. My family and I will certainly be using them again in the future.
