Great people to deal with! We had an accident in Greensboro and had the car towed to Green Ford Lincoln Body Shop. Being from out of town, this meant we would have to leave town and then return when the car was ready. The Body shop manager and assistant manager (Billy and Tami) are outstanding people, great to deal with and honorable. The work they did was excellent and the car is back to its original condition. We absolutely recommend them.

Completly unprofessional. After I had already had an appointment set for over a week to look at my car. They called me THE DAY BEFORE and told me they were "too busy" and couldn't honor my appointment. So whats the point of me making an appointment? We will never do business with you ever again.

Took my Continental to these folks with the rear end on the ground. The air suspension censor was bad because it would come and go, intermittent. Mechanical problems do not come and go. If you break a window it stays broke till replaced. It is not good one day and bad the next.

These experts at Green Ford said"We need to replace the dryer and the hoses first to be sure what we are dealing with". Get it. A hose may have a leak one day and not the next. It has a magic hole!

Skip these con artist. Save your time and money. Go else where, we'll be glad later.

So it appears that Green Ford can remove reviews as the choose. So here we go again. I have been working with Green Ford to fix TOXIC smell in vehicle. On 6 occasion they were given the vehicle for this issue. 1 st time they steam cleaned the carpet and service manager stated " we can not add any deodorizer because the smell was so bad it would make you vomit. Gave it a few days brought it back again they stated they would EVAC (use charcoal vacuum) car so they kept it for a few weeks gave it back again kept for a few days then brought it back again. They then said the found an issue with the PCV Valve which they replaced. Picked the car up and agin gave it a few days then brought it back again. They refused service when my wife pulled into the service center and then locked her in the service center and told her there was no problem with the smell. Embarrassed, scared and intimated her by closing door and leaving her to wait. She then was allowed to leave. My wife immediately to the car to Crescent Ford of High Point NC. They had the car for 13 days and then called us stating they had been working with Crescent Ford and that we needed to bring the car back to Green Ford for OGC paperwork and possible buy back. Now we have on Letter head from another Ford Authorized Dealer that their is in fact a toxic smell. Now Green Ford states and Ford Motor Company will not buy back car and their is no smell. So now when speaking with the GM he stated he knew nothing about refusing service or that they locked my wife in the garage. Now being of sound mind if you are the GM of a business and a unsatisfied customer has been to your business 7 times for the same issue and you know nothing, perhaps the business runs itself. Now the GM states its a Ford Motor Corp problem still. But wait, he came up with this wonderful idea all by himself........ We will allow you to trade your new Ford Fusion which we had 90 days but i will take a loss and buy a new vehicle from them........ Think now........ are you kidding me. Why not trade the car in at Honda, Chevrolet, Buick, Acura, Infinity or some other company and take a loss. i did not know if I should laugh or cry. So make 2 profits off the first 2014 Fusion and another profit off a 3rd vehicle. You be the Judge is that resolution from your local Green Ford Dealership in Greensboro NC on Wendover Ave? So they have admitted on several occasions there was a problem why not now.... because if its declared a LEMON you cant sell it or it would be really hard to do so.

I recently purchased a 2011 Mustang GT from Green Ford. I LOVE MY CAR and I had the best experience from green ford. I had visited many other dealerships in the area looking for a new car and I felt that they did not treat me seriously since I am young. All of the employees I dealt treated me fairly and with respect. I met a few employees in the service department as well and they were all very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this dealership to everybody!!!

Far superior to other dealers.

I shopped online and drove as far as Raleigh to find the car I wanted and I only got jerked around at the crossroads. I stopped by green ford and they got me the car I wanted, cheaper than everyone else and then gave me a free 100,000 mile warranty. Why wouldn't you go here? I love my fusion! Can't wait for the new explorers.

Great deal on my new Fusion. Hundreds of dollars less than Winston dealer would sell it to me for. I couldnt believe how much they gave me for my trade and the whole process took less than 2 hours. I would never buy a car anywhere else.

Terrible, dishonest service!

We went to Green Ford to purchase a new vehicle. They attempted to sell us the car way over it's valued price. They attempted to pressure us into a purchase that we were not happy with. A few days later they agreed to sell us the car under terms we reluctantly agreed to. A week later when we took the car in for it's detailing and oil change (they sold it to us past it's due date...), the financing department called us in and told us they could not give us the rate we had signed up for.... We are now stuck with a vehicle we are overpaying for b/c we'd already sold our other car. And they did all this to a woman who is 6 months pregnant! I will NEVER do business with these people again and very unhappy with my purchase!

My daughter purchased her firs...

My daughter purchased her first vehicle with Green Ford. She saw a car she really liked and was told she was not allowed to test drive it because the salesman was under 21,even though my daughter was over 21. Odd but she still stayed. She waited 5 hours in the lobby with a 4 month old baby while they assured her she would leave that day with a vehicle. She then was told they would call her to come back. She left and within 2 hours around 7pm they called that evening asked her to come back. She did, with the baby and me and we waited another 2 hours in the lobby only for them to tell her they made a mistake and she would need to come back the next day.?! Really excited about buying her first car of course she goes back the next day. She was required to have a co-signer, me. Thats not unusual. She was also required to make the first two payments to Green Ford, odd, but ok she did it anyway. Now 2 months later after making both payments early to Green Ford! The finance company is calling and has reported her 2 months late on her car payments to the credit bureau. Green Ford Finance is not returning our calls. This entire experience has been one I would never want any mother to endure for one of their kids. If you are considering them stop now before its too late to make a childs first car buying experience the worst experience they could have. Now when I call to get someone above the finance managers (who have not called me back) I am just told there is no one above them that is there for me to speak with. There are at least 5 other dealers on Wendover so my advise to you is pass by Green Ford!
