Always a good experience when I visit here even though I don't like going to the dentist

I love the energy from the staff... they always complement my dental hygiene and are very helpful with suggestions if needed. I'm very comfortable every time I go. I'm normally always in and out... and in 3 years, I've only had to wait 30 mins, once. Go see them, you won't be disappointed...

Great energy, staff seems energetic, helpful and they also make you feel comfortable! Can't wait to finish up my deep cleaning. ����

BEWARE WITH THIS PLACE!!! They marked my credit with a collection agency when I was constantly being told I didn't owe anything!!! I was told to ignore my statements since claims were still pending response from my primary/secondary health insurance companies. Next thing I know is that I get email notifications that my credit report had been hit by a collection agency from DentalWorks. I called their office and they did not see anything outstanding for me. They called their "counterpart billing office" and were told I owed money for service rendered in 2015. HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW IF THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THEMSELVES AND EVERY TIME I ASKED ABOUT MY BALANCE IT WAS IN $0? Who can trust an office like this? This office's billing department is messed up. Not even their own office personnel understands it, providing erroneous information to us patients and then we have to pay the unfortunate consequences. Get yourself another dentist and protect your credit!
