I work for a local business and Able Sewer & Drain has always been wonderful to work with. I never have a problem getting a hold of them, even in emergency situations after they are closed.

The dispatcher told me not to call the City to check my sewer line, even though that would have gotten my problem solved for free. I told her that my waste water was not draining, and that tree roots on the City side of the line had been a problem. I asked her if I should call the City of Greensboro, and she said that she would send a plumber out, and they would check and call the City if necessary. When the City workers came out, they were very surprised that I had not called them first to get my work done for free.
