        I’m living in an apartment that Mark Penfield renovated, and I have to say that it’s done expertly and absolutely beautifully! Mr. Penfield is a great landlord and is one of those Christian folks that walks the Christian path. As I was moving in, I noticed how hard he tried to help people. For example, he bent over backwards to facilitate people with Section 8 vouchers and is truly the compassionate Christian in all respects. Cannot say enough good things about this guy. The renovation was done so beautifully, above and beyond the necessities. 5 stars for this company and for Mr. Penfield!
