Absolutely do not trust this business with you children. The facility is filthy, the toys are old, ragged, and outdated. The staff is beyond unprofessional contrary to what linda, the owner will persuade you to believe by telling you "they have degrees, background checks, and extensive training" Lies. They are uneducated and in no way able to appropriately care for children. I dropped off my child early in the morning where the morning teacher told my child one morning at 6:15am "NO you're not laying down. We talked about this. You just get up as soon as your mom leaves!" and then we were done. The play ground is pathetic, consisting of no true mulch, just rocks and dirt/mud. A plastic 1990's little tikes climber and two swings. That's it. They also require mandatory paid staff holidays.. from your pocket. So, say your child only goes Monday the week of thanksgiving, you get to pay an extra day. Then my child's teacher said they never get paid for holidays. So you get to pay for the owners holiday. Austin at the desk is the only thing holding that hell hole together. The facility also has no separate class rooms after 1 year old so the noise is incredible and its literally just like a huge open free for all. I wish there was a warning before I enrolled my child. Completely unacceptable.

BE AWARE OF THE OWNER!! This facility has some great teachers. Those teachers will tell you how awful the owner is. She is one way in front of parents, especially when parents are handing her a check, but a different person when parents are away. She is hateful, mean and inappropriate. I once saw her lift a child in the three year old room by the lower part of their arm and carry them that way over to where she placed them in time out. PARENTS BEWARE!

My son is 8 months old and has been enrolled here since he was 6 weeks old. All of his teachers have been so great with him. They have been very open and communicate his days with me so well. They all seem to be very happy here and very happy working with kids. I feel like even when my son has had some rough days and with his eagerness to be involved in everything and doesn't like to nap very well like the other kids; they have done a great job catering to him and never once made me feel like it was an inconvenience. They always seem to do what is in the best interest for my son while he is there and I couldn't be more grateful for that. The facility seems like it could use a face lift, but I appreciate that Linda handles the things that are necessary well and that helps the parents with keeping costs down. My son and I have had a great experience here so far, and I would recommend it to anyone I know.

Please don't bring your child here! After enrolling my child, Linda's attitude went from sunny and welcoming to rude and hateful. The only time I got a polite word out of her was when I handed her a check. She once threw my child's jacket and backpack in the trash can as a punishment. The staff has complained to me about her attitude and abusive language towards them, which explains the high turnover rate for staff. The person watching my child right before I pulled him out of that place was barely old enough to drive and was obviously not trained; he also never even gave us the courtesy of introducing himself, choosing instead to write hateful notes and stick them in my child's cubby. Linda also called Child Protective Services on my husband and myself because of a tiny bump on my child's head. She didn't even think to ask us what happened! Considering the worst injuries he's ever received have been under HER care, I think she owed us a call before making us go through a big investigation from CPS (that found that my child's head bump was nothing to worry about) I feel blessed that I pulled my child out before something terrible happened.
