Dr. Smith has always been great to my two boys, and with another little girl on the way we sure are grateful to have a great Pediatric Dentist near by.

im so upset with this dentist and his assisants, i took my 1 yr old son to him due to hes the only pedodentist in my area and their "office policy" is you can't go back with your child, okay i understand that if the child is old enough to understand whats going on but not a 1 yr old, i did try letting him go back by his self the first visit and they just cleaned his teeth and he was hysterical the whole time he couldn't even breathe he was crying so hard and i thought they would atleast come back and get me to come calm him down but no they let him scream and cry and the people in the waiting room were looking at me and asking me if that was my child. I called today to ask if i could atleast be in his sight if not go back and explained the situation and that hes not even 2 yet and she said that they usually do better once they are back there and i told her no we tried it last time and he was hysterical and the girl wouldn't even ask the dentist she just said we prefer child go back alone and i again explained to her the situation and that i didn't want him to be terrifed of the dentist for the rest of his life and all she could say is it's "office policy" she wouldn't even go ask if we could try to figure something out bad bad pedodentist

This dentist is a joke. He is rough and rude. I mistakenly took my son and now he has a terrible fear of the dentist. If you can avoid this office,for the sake of your chil, please do so.
