DO NOT GO HERE!!! On a recent first time visit i was greeted with a 10 minute wait while the workers restock glasses and sit at there desks talking about nothing. When the receptionist finally showed I gave her my name and handed her my insurance card and asked for her to print out a benifits sheet, to which she replied no problem, LOOKED AT THE CARD and photo copied it. Off i go into the exam room that was dirty and the equipment was filthy also with no apperant cleaning between patients or tear offs like you would see at the dmv. (waiting room was also filthy with water damaged ceilings,dirty walls and floors.) Now i get to the part where i pick out lenses and frames so i ask for the benifits sheet that never got printed to which i am in turn asked what insurance i have. i replied blue cross/blue shield and then is the point when they inform me that they do not accept this insurance and i would have to pay for all the tests that were completed (out of my very thin pocket). I asked to speak with a manager and of course it was the person i was speaking to who really didnt want to help and wanted me to pay for an exam that i would never have taken if i had known that they do not accept my insurance. I wasted an hour at this nasty,dirty place for nothing. P.S. the optrician on duty was great and fast, its a shame that he has to work with a bunch of lazy, ingnorant co-workers.
