American National Payments

This company is simply a rip off they will not work with customers to provide any type of decent business practices the will give u the run around and say u have to deal with there financial department then can never produce a contact # and info to-do ...so ..... lightening hity building fried ther equipment and they told me I would have to pay 600 to replace it after contract clearly states they provide equipment threw the term of contract so we paid all ther minimum fees untill could find a honest provider and we we informed ANP we were leaving ther company before I could even mail in written contract closure they went in my bank and illegally withdrawed over 4000 dollars .....my bank contacted them after reading my contract and told them they have violated many laws the bank put stop payment on account .....ANP change the name on routing and withdrew same money under different business name ....agin bank put a stop payment I was forced to close my bank account start new ones and take them to court ........ PLEASE.Be AWARE.....ANP IS A SCAM .....you are much better of with sqaure processing ....or your bank .....I even spoke directly to ....owner ...he informed me he cared more about making money then making happy clients ...he answers to me were he is in business to make money above all and he didn't care if it ment cutting corners false information or ripping of his customers .....note I had 3 account with them and only one had issues but ANP of greenbrier .....scanned me on all three accounts after having issues with only one ...also note every account was under separate contracts theses pep switch workers like the wether changes u will never be able to have a good relationship with this company please check all reviews this company American national payments have scamed so many pep .....I dunno how they sleep at night

Poor customer service. Technical team is not as knowledgeable as they should be. Always seems as if it is inconvenient to help.
