Booked for a job and never turned up. Told me a two week notice would be provided, was given 24 hours and told they had gone to a different area.

They also aren't protected against fire, which most other professionals are. I have since found out they have a reputation for charging for unnecessary work. So I am happy to have avoided them even though it put our build back by months.
