Talk is Cheap Prepaid

I am NOT one to write poor reviews. usually only give positive vibes. This was the most awful experience... So many excuses why my phone was NOT getting fixed and lies building upon lies.(6) easy to say. I was PROMISED a day and time and that got pushed.. then pushed again and a 3rd time. Than they had NO idea when it would be ready! And complete disrespect as a consumer. I paid in advance and left with the impression they perform the work only to find out my phone got out sourced. COMPLETE deception in every which way. I waited almost 2 weeks only to NOT get what I gave money for in advance!
