We have a 5 year workmanship warranty and will not collect the balance until you are satisfied with the completed job. Our estimates include product literature on the materials we install. We believe you get what you pay for, and the materials we install are superior. We enclose a reference list of the most recent completed projects so you can contact previous customers and/or drive-by to see our quality work. We also enclose a certificate of liability insurance with workers compensation as well as copies of all our state and city credentials/licenses. All professional contractors should be able to provide this. H AND S LLP is a proven roofing and siding company which continues to exceed our customers' expectations. Nine years ago, we noticed a need for quality work at an affordable price. You may receive a cheaper bid, which often reflects cheaper materials or untimely, questionable workmanship. Our materials come from major supply companies, including ABC Supply Company INC Please contact any of our numerous past customers and let them speak for our work. We now get over of our work from customer referrals. We list all completed roofs (with permission) on the reference list. Problems can and do happen in this business. We feel properly handling any problems is the way we continue to succeed. The roofing crew assigned to your project will never have less than 6 guys, starting at approximately 8AM. This is the same core group of installers we have used since we first started roofing. The crew will often work till they run out of daylight to complete jobs. Most roofs take approximately 1 -2 days to complete. You will not find another roofing company in the area that will complete this roof as quickly and professionally as H AND S Roofing & Siding. We cannot stress the importance of insurance and licenses, along with the required permits the City of Green Bay and surrounding communites require. Insist on the contractor taking out the permit as you can be held liable if injuries occur and the homeowner has taken out the permit. The City of Green Bay and surrounding areas have made it difficult for unlicensed and uninsured contractors to pull permits. We take care of all applicable permits.
