I've been renting at Windsor Heights managed by Gallina under Judy Georgeson. I was first impressed by the cost of rent being reasonably inexpensive, but the problems that come along with it are not worth the trip to see the apartments. The landlord here has a major attitude problem and wants to know what is going on in your personal life. She watches for your friends' cars so she can try to accuse you of housing other guests. People with boyfriends or girlfriends BEWARE! Your significant other is not welcomed! You may not have them sleeping over ever! There are no expections to this rule I've never seen in the lease. This even applies to friends. Your vehicle may be damaged by beer bottles, or your stereo may be stolen and the halls always smell of cigarettes, even though we have signs saying no smoking. Judy will only call you with her personal concerns. Do NOT bother talking back (responding) because this bitchy bird is always in the right. If you are working like most people and can't be at home to receive a package, Judy becomes suspicious. It's not just her, she relies on her family to hunt too. They are even more poisonous. Never lend the family money, because you'll never see it again. If you only knew Judy's background history, I'm sure no body would rent to her. I obtained my info from wisc.courts.com.
