This hotel was in every way a disappointment. Their "special building materials" that they promote for their "whisper quiet" rooms is a load of bull. I could hear doors slamming, kids running up and down the hallway, and even noises from up stairs. They should be embarrassed that they even promote this "quality". Also the room its self was extremely over-priced for the condition. I stayed in one of the jacuzzi rooms expecting a nice room for the $130/night price tag. What I got was your everyday, mediocre, run of mill hotel room with a large tub thrown in a dark corner. There were no lights anywhere around or near the jacuzzi tub, the best you could hope for for light came from the small TV with an extension cord on a wheel cart. The decor of the room was horribly out-dated and the complementary amenities were cheap and useless. The icing on the cake of this whole experience came when I returned home and had received a message on my answering machine from the hotel that housekeeping had "discovered" I had been smoking in a non-smoking room and would be charging me a $250 cleaning fee to my credit card. My "credit card" was actually a debit card and just having returned from a weekend away I did not have $250 in the account to cover the unexpected expense. I called the hotel first thing in the morning to speak to the manager as my online account said that the payment was still pending. The manager however said that the charge had already gone through and there was nothing she could do. So the entire stay ended up costing me over $500!! Next time I'll be sure to spend my money more wisely and stay at hotel that's worth the heavy price tag. Over all, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I enjoy coming here because its always very clean, comfortable, and quiet.

The staff has always been upbeat and on the job, rooms are always clean.
