Discount Tire And Service of Greeley sucks! Not only is their customer service horrible (a bunch of mexicans with attitudes), they don't stand by their tires. We recently purchased a set of tires (in November 2006), found out in July 2007 that one of the tires had a crack in it. These tires were for a "rarely" driven Mercedes Benz S430. According to the Discount Tire And Service of Greeley, the only options we had were to buy another tire at 1/2 price or send in the damaged one for their evaluation. Like we'd trust them to give a fair assessment! They are selling defective merchandise and not standing by it. Their customer no-service even tried to tell me how the tire got damaged! The nerve! We had the damaged tire inspected by the real Discount Tire who agreed that it was defective. MY RECOMMENDATION: DO NOT USE DISCOUNT TIRE & SERVICE OF GREELEY. THEY SUCK!!
