        I brought my family to this Wendy's on west ridge rd. , and when I was in the 15 people deep line at dinnertime. The manager was more interested in comping his friends and her children's food,than moving the line along. He also said the young man who was taking orders wasn't doing good enough in front of customers. To make things even worse, the fries were ice cold ,and my wife's sandwich didn't have any toppings on it. I have never had a meal like this from your restaurant, and this will make me think twice next time I go out for dinner. Thanks for listening.
