Riverview Pet Grooming

A few years ago I took my dog there to be groomed, when I picked her up I was not given her collar with tags or leash. When I called the next day they said they couldn't find it but they would look. I kept calling when I never heard back and the owner kept hanging up on me. I had to pay for a new collar, and rabies and name tags. The woman repeatedly avoided me, hung up on me, and had the nerve to call me a bitch. This place is a joke and I don't understand how this place is still in business. I tried to leave a negative review on their Facebook page and they blocked me. So don't trust their 5 star rating there because obviously anytime someone has something negative to say they just block you.

The review left by Daphne is the owner. So don't let her biased and false opinions fool you. She obviously hasn't changed and continues to be the worst business owner in Great Falls. If she treats humans this way, imagine how she treats the animals.

Absolutely the WORST EXPERIENCE! I will never bring my dog back and would NOT recommend EVER going there. It started out great when I dropped my pup off, there was an older woman who took my dog back to be kenneled till her bath and was really polite and kind. Mind you, I dropped my dog off at 8AM then called in at 12:00PM to check the status, to see if my dogs bath n nails have been clipped. I was then told, I did not give them a time frame that I needed my dogs bath to be done and that they hadn’t even started her. So I asked when did they anticipate for her to be ready for pickup and was then rudely told “well when do you need her ready by, you really should have told us when you dropped her off ?!?” And I said well will she be ready by 1:00PM and the woman who I was speaking to covered the phone to tell the bather my dog needed to be ready in half hour and hung up on me. When I arrived to pick my dog up, my dog was not pleased and scared. And they had left the leash on her the entire time she was kenneled and they handed me her leash which was then all chewed up! Not only could my dog have choked but I wasn’t reimbursed for my destroyed leash. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I won't be bringing my dog back.

I called them at 3 on a Saturday to ask them if I could get my dogs nails clipped and they said to come right in. When I got there it was like they were old friends! The dogs that were being groomed looked beautiful and the place was spotless. It literally could not have been a more pleasant experience!
