Hitchin Foodmart

I got the fried catfish lunch today. The fish was fantastic! I loved the corn meal breading, fried to light golden brown. The inside was so moist and delicious! The best fried cat fish, I've ate, in a long time. You get 2 medium size fillets, golden crinkle cut french fries, 2 hush puppies and cole slaw. But, the Cole slaw is in a tiny condiment cup, like you put your ketchup in, so it's like one bite. Which I thought was very stingy. You also get 2 tarter sauce packets. The price is $7.99 plus tax. Not a bad price at all, but they do need to do a larger serving of Cole slaw.
