Royal Pools of Texas

DO NOT USE Royal Pools or deal with the owner Shane Lambright. He started our pool on May 16, 2011 and after telling us three weeks to finish it is August 14, 2011 and the pool is STILL not finished! He has not returned our phone calls nor will he answer our text or email messages since July 16,2011. We have not seen him nor has any work been done to complete our project since June 27,3011. We are currently left with a torn up yard, incomplete electrical work, grading, plumbing work, missing the pool deck paint and supplies, heat pump, solar pool, cover start up and do not have water down at the pool until we hire our own plumber and electricain to finish the job. We are also out 3,500 for a heat pump in which he bid 2,000 for as part of the job but did not honor that either, not to mention 200.00 in pool chemicals and hiring contractors to finish the job. May no one else have to go thru what we have in building a pool.
