        Overall

        Horrible customer service. I walked in there to see if they could order a part for my weed eater and to see if they could tune up another, and before the door shut I was told that I couldn't be helped, and there is a 4 week wait if I do want to be helped. Not a single "Hey how are you doing" or "can I help you". I walked out and will not return. Hopefully by never giving them my business or writing this review so others don't make my mistake, it will help resolve their "I'm overwhelmed" rude attitude I encountered.
