Buyer Beware! I had a similar situation as Tonygonzalez52 below with my purchase. A piece of equipment I purchased was not a great fit for me. In fact, it was painful to use and a doctor confirmed a week after I purchased it I would be unable to bike. I called the store 10 days after purchase about returning it. I was told only the VP of sales could ok this. After two weeks of calling and calling and calling this VP, the store manager Brad called me. Rude and condescending. I finally get texted by the VP of sales (Craig Lewin) after several additional calls. Then finally a call. The call consisted of his speaking to me on speaker phone while typing at his computer. He tells me I was LUCKY he called me as he is the VP of the company. I ask him to take the equipment back. He tells me he'll check with his business partner and get back to me that day. I get a text, not a call, telling me I can exchange the equipment for something else. Never got a call to discuss options, nothing despite my making it clear I was not interested in other equipment. I have never had a worse retail experience than this one. I hope no one ever needs to go through what I just did.....to beg a company to call you and then be told you're lucky to be called...that after being stressed out about a piece of equipment you cannot use for a medical reason and being rudely treated by the store manager and dismissed by the owner.

I recently purchased an exercise bike from Busy Body in Grapevine Tx. The salesman, Brad, was very helpful. He presented a few options and explained to me that he had a bike that was on sale. He told me that he could save me some money if I purchased this particular unit. We talked it over and I decided to purchase it. Everything was fine to this point. A week later, after I had used the product a couple times, I began to have problems with the item. The pedals fell off, the computer jog wheel quit working and the bike began to make some concerning noises. I call the store to get the service number to the repair company as I was told by the salesmen that the bike had a service warranty. No one answered the calls to the store. I left several messages with no return phone call. I finally decided to pass by the store to let them know I wanted to return this faulty bike. At this point the attitude of the salesman completely changed. I was now treated poorly. The salesman told me that a refund had to go through the owner. He promised that the owner would call me to discuss the refund. He has failed to call me. I am a sales manager and have been in sales for over 15 years. The communication and customer service I am receiving is unacceptable.

I went in there thinking about buying something and came out with something cheaper and better. The salesman actually persuaded me to get the cheaper product because it was of higher quality.
